Carters Steam Fair
Saturday 27th May 2017 to Sunday 4th June 2017
Promenade Park, Park Drive, Maldon   CM9 5JQ
Carters Steam Fair is a unique attraction as it is an authentic travelling funfair entirely consisting of rare vintage equipment. The whole fair is moved from place to place with a highly-decorated fleet of vintage lorries. There will be a free fireworks display on the Saturday nights at 9pm.
Cost: Admission to the park and fair is free, but rides will be charged separately.

Children's fun day with free entry and a free train ride for children up to fifteen years old. Also featuring games, rides, bouncy castle, animal handling, sweets & treats, face painting, crafts and stalls.
Cost: Free for children 15 and under. Over 15's £4

Blackwater Country Show
Sunday 18th June 2017 10am - 5pm
Heybridge, Chigborough Road, Maldon   CM9 4RB
The show promotes the countryside and countryside pursuits and is an exciting, learning and interactive experience for everyone. Many areas of the Show are about The Great Outdoors, taking part, getting active and having fun! Each year the Show donates to the Essex Air Ambulance and also to a chosen local club, charity or group. Throughout the day there is entertainment and displays in the Main Ring.
