Churchyard Garden Tea at the Plume Library

Join us for tea/coffee and homemade cake in the churchyard garden adjacent to Thomas Plume's Library. Bookstall and raffle. All proceeds to support the Plume Library - the unique 17th century resource which is one of the jewels of Maldon's heritage. As part of the national Heritage Open Days the Library opening hours are specially extended today from 10am to 4pm. NB restricted access to the Library via steep, narrow spiral staircase with a maximum capacity of 10 visitors at a time

IWA are hosting their first ever 10km running event on Sunday 17th September 2017 at Hoe Mill Lock in Maldon, Essex. For two years they brought you the Waterways Triathlon, but this year they want everyone to be able to get involved, from novice to elite. The course winds through the Essex countryside and along the beautiful Chelmer and Blackwater Navigation. So get your trainers on - it’s time to train!
