What's On in the Maldon District

Wellbeing Art Therapy Workshop
Wednesday 5th June 2019 10am-12 noon.
Suzies Gift and Tea Shop, 106 High Street, Maldon   CM9 5ET
Are you feeling down? Do you feel sad, alone, confused? Then this workshop is for you! You will be creating an altered box. This box, for the purpose of this exercise, will represent you as an individual. We are all vessels that hold many things. Sometimes we become "full up" and can feel overwhelmed and worthless or we are so busy looking after everyone else, that we forget who we are. Working through this activity will enable you to explore and rediscover yourself! You will also have the opportunity to decorate some pebbles, with positive affirmations or goals that you can include in your box. I invite you to take this journey of self-awareness and self-love, with me as your guide, whilst having fun and being creative. I am a fully qualified and registered Art Therapist. I look forward to working with you.
Cost: £25
